Session Description: “Everyone is talking about ChatGPT and how AI will change our world and democracy. Some are even warning it may pose an ‘existential threat.’ However, it’s much more likely that AI creeps into our lives, without government or company guardrails to protect the most vulnerable in our communities. As digital organizers, we will dedicate our session to learning what “AI” is and how this new technology may affect our day-to-day lives. Additionally, we will learn about ways in which AI could actually make a positive impact in our digital organizing. By the end of the session, participants will have a de-mystified understanding of AI and the potential benefits and challenges associated with this new technology. “https://youtu.be/UxUyndtpoP4
