Biases

How can you and I better understand and effectively change our personal biases?

I  attest that we must have a clear understanding of what bias is.

 And what about Racism?

Ibram X.Kendi says, in his book, “How to Be an AntiRacist” that Racism is a powerful collection of racist policies that lead to racial inequity and are substantiated by racistideas. 

 Today, our keynote speaker/trainer, Angela Chandler, brings a wealth of experience to this space, as a bi-racial woman, and as one who has been strategic in organizing a Multicultural Employee Resource Group, called Merg. At her workplace. 

It’s a great pleasure to introduce our keynote speaker, and my cousin,  Angela Chandler. She will guide us, in understanding Code Switching, Bias, and Racism. Angela will share information about herself, and begin her interactive presentation. Welcome, Angela!
