How can you and I better understand and effectively change our personal biases?

I  assert that we must have a clear understanding of what bias is.

 And what about Racism?

Ibram X.Kendi says, in his book, “How to Be an AntiRacist” that Racism  is a powerful collection of racist policies that lead to racial inequity and are substantiated by racist ideas. 

 Today, our keynote speaker/trainer, Angela Chandler, brings a wealth of experience to this space, as a bi-racial woman and as one who has been strategic in organizing a Multicultural Employee Resource Group, called Merg. At her workplace. 

It’s a great pleasure to introduce our keynote speaker,  Angela Chandler.
